The location offered was magnificent and ideal not far from South Shields or Newcastle, Arbeia Roman Fort and the beaches of South Shields, and buses. We spent 1 night in newly decorated and lovely sized suite with a great variety. Have stayed here many times and would book again.

Everything is neat and perfect. Well priced and neat rooms, that have essentials you need. The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent, next to the beach and other attractions that south shields has to offer, and the Barbour outlet stores, we appreciated it. There's Tasty Duck offering takeout a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. Would recomand to stay here.

The place was tidy with an absolutely courteous stuff at reception desk. The location was perfect for exploring this domestic area, adjacent to the Barbour outlet stores, Newcastle and South Shields and Arbeia Roman Fort. Besides, the property was 6 km away from Royal Quays Marina.

The location was excellent, adjacent to local restaurants, Newcastle, and the beach and town. The rooms were newly renovated and spotless, were equipped with a huge comfy bed, 3 kids under 7, for example.
The staff were kind of rude, didn't expect that coming.

The hotel was located near to Newcastle and South Shields, the beaches of South Shields and the restaurant. Had really enjoyable experience, the room I stayed in was spotless and functional with 3 kids under 7 and a huge comfy bed. The location was unbeatable near the sea. Besides, it was 2 km away from St Paul's Monastery.
Dirty bathroom, and the breakfast was late.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a local area, really close to Newcastle and South Shields and shops. The service was very good, the food was nice. Efficient check-in was a bonus. The total experience was fine, I would recommend.
